Requirement
- Business Agreement plan will be proposed upon information from owner:
- Electricity bill of building (minimum of 6 months) - Minimum of SGD 50,000 monthly to qualify
- Single Line electrical drawing
- ACMV Schematic drawing (Chilled Water system only)
- ACMV Equipment list
- Chiller at least above 70% load (it is not advisable if the building load is low for the electricity consumption)
