  • Business Agreement plan will be proposed upon information from owner:
  • Electricity bill of building (minimum of 6 months) - Minimum of SGD 50,000 monthly to qualify
  • Single Line electrical drawing
  • ACMV Schematic drawing (Chilled Water system only)
  • ACMV Equipment list
  • Chiller at least above 70% load (it is not advisable if the building load is low for the electricity consumption)
